This Privacy Policy describes how B’SYS GmbH collects, uses, and stores the information we get when you visit our website and/or register for our email newsletter and is in effect as of May 25th, 2018.

During the visit of our website B’SYS does not collect your data such as email address or other details via dedicated forms.

If you contact us via the email-link displayed in our contact forms we store the details of your inquiry, including the sender’s address and the exact question to appropriately respond to your inquiries and to have a historical overview of your inquiries. 

B’SYS may, in the future, send you our email newsletters, invitations to events and other information regarding B’SYS products and activities. B’SYS does not share this information with third parties, and we will never share your information without your explicit permission. Please read this notice carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, do not use any of B’SYS website or services. If at any time you wish to remove your data from our systems, we will comply. (See “How to Ask Us to Delete Your Data” below.)

HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

All information described above is stored on non-public database servers. These servers are located in B’SYS’s physical offices. A copy of our email address database is also located on a non-public marketing automation server maintained by Mail Chimp (www.mailchimp.com) for purposes of sending out our quarterly newsletter.

HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

We will store your information indefinitely unless you follow the instructions to delete your data as described below.
